Kathy Alice Brown spent 20 years in the high tech industry, first in support & QA individual contributor and management roles in software development, then 10 years in large scale web development and operations at Sun Microsystems.

After Sun was bought out by Oracle, Kathy left to freelance, she is currently a SEO consultant with Stone Temple Consulting.

Kathy considers one of her strengths to be bridging the gap between business and technical perspectives. She also enjoys writing and tracking the latest web trends.
